Good Morning Everyone,
My name is Roland Kym; I am a residential REALTOR with REMAX Select Properties.
My company is called Right Priced Realty, and what makes us different is that we always focus on our core values, these include:
1.) Conducting ourselves and our actions for our clients best interest,
2.) Use more tools & systems, thus ensuring that things are done properly the first time;
3.) Creating and using innovative marketing tools to better position our listings;
4.) And simply, we work harder and SMARTER
The results are that we are building a magnetic company that attracts our clients through referrals and word of mouth.
Recently a client took possession of a property; we realized that we were missing keys and no access to a locker area. Once the selling agent was unable to solve the problem quickly... I took control of the situation and bought the missing keys from the strata and a bolt cutter. I proceeded to work until the very late hours of the night sourcing and delivering the keys, cutting of the lock that prevented access to the storage locker....
