Did you know...

A noisy room can be partially soundproof by adding a textured paint to the walls and ceiling. The roughened surfaces will absorb some of the sound. You can also reduce noise infiltration by installing plush carpeting and fabric drapes, as well as placing a thick mat flush against the bottom of the doorway.
